You need: an empty bottle, coarse salt and scissors. Cut the top of the bottle to form a funnel, turn it over and place it on the base. Fill with coarse salt... and leave to act. Salt naturally retains moisture, like an invisible sponge. Replace it as soon as it gets wet, then start again. A gesture as simple as beat egg whites !
