4. Add the sauce
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil and water. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and let it simmer.
Then stir in the cornstarch dissolved in water and let the sauce thicken.
5. Mix together
Return the meat to the pan and mix gently so that everything is covered in the flavorful sauce. Let simmer for another couple of minutes.
